So, what I wanna know is, is it worth getting the attacking skills for 1H sword too? Ive got the passives so I can euro party at higher levels, but what about the attacking skills? Ive heard a lot of people get them just for the Dull status, but imo its not worth getting them just for the Dull status because most people (lvl 80+) use Special Pills.

Btw, I am asking in terms of 1vs1, are they any use in PvP?

With Special Pills you can, those ones that are 10k each from NPC

2h sword without 1h sword is fail imo..
for a very good warrior you need 1h skills (mainly shield crush/trash,2h skills and also suddentwist at dual axes..

1h sword skills are very useful to keep aggro on you. For pvp: daring berserker and cunning stab (stab do much more damage when target is under dull, stun, bind or sleep - similiar to dual axe counter skills).

hmm if your talking in terms of a 1h soloing..then yea they kill slow but they shine in 8man parties due to their increased defense.

i personally got both 1h and 2h..1h for parties and 2h for pvp and soloing.

good advice sympathy. with 1h/2h and the suddentwist skill from dual axe and with quick fingers to switch through the 3 weapons..you can be a GREAT PVPER !!!

hmm ok thanks all, but the main reason to get 1H is for the Dull status, and the main reason to get axe is for the Bleed?

Main reason to take up 1h skills is because of it's tanking ability. It's very much useful for every warrior, but if you know what you're doing then 2h is enough for you. I personality think that even without 1h skills you don't " fail ", just won't be as versatile as others can be.

For the Axe part, i have yet to see or read about more usage for Axe other than just bleed ( i know one more, but it'll be much better if they have more usage ). Yeah and they take up axe skills for it's bleed, useful yes but with 1hs SC's dull it's already enough. Axe imo needs to shine more, just for bleed to take it up is just waste ( having dull to compensate for it's damage increase + effect ).

look sweet, do enough damage, great for euro vs. euro, suck for china vs. euro. Good for shield crush for dull.

Dull + (switch to axe) bleed + (switch to 2hander) turn rising + triple swing = gg.
