not a good build since the point of s/s is to nuke and with 70 mag or even 80 with blues it wouldnt do a lot of damage, however if u dont want to nuke and just want to go with 70:70 then i guess it would be a decent build

dmg may be too low. but you could try ... i'd expect this to be a decent tanker and more of a melee fighter than a regular pure int sword > kd+stab+stab+teleport&nuke.

Label the build as Sworder since ull use more physical attack. Most will predict ull have low damage but nobody try that in reality.
