After gettin my Warrior a lil higher im gonna make a new acount what build shoul it be wizard or warlock with what sub?

Oh and i already used search couldnt find anything

My friends said warlock is more fun than a wizard, but i doubt it. There is no better build than wizard/bard to me.

Wiz cleric is undeniably better than wiz bard for PvP.

OnT:

Wizards:

Insane damage
Can turn invis
Best for Power leveling people
One of the best unique killing builds

-
Low HP and Low Defense means you'll die alot, resulting in "im lv40 and I killed you lv60 delete char noop."

Common build, you wouldn't be unique.

Wiz/bard fails hard in 1v1, but wiz/cleric is a ton of SP



Warlocks:
+
Shield gives you more defense
you have a skill that heals you while damaging the enemy
Plenty of skills, won't get bored
unique

-
Heavyily dependent on party play
useless if the enemy has Holy Spell/word
Tons and tons of SP

I agree with everything you said except for the bolded parts. In my opinion, I think Wizards are probably the most party-reliant build in the whole game because they can hardly take a hit. Warlocks, like rogues, can pretty much fly solo.

Warlock's are good soloer's too... They can train on mobs higher than them and their debuffs, stun, trap+sleep, etc. makes it so they don't even need Cleric to solo, or even PvP. IMO Wizards rely a lot more on parties and their secondaries to be effective. The only problem with Warlocks, IMO, is the SP so if you get farmed you are golden.

I prefer Warlock/Cleric
reflect is a cool skill to annoy high lvl who kill you everytime on pvp :p

Thanx for input every1, im gonna go with warlock, soloing and haveing a build that isnt used much appeal to me , maybe warlock rods will be cheap

well i made a warlock and it was pretty boring to lvl with it takes like 4-5 hits to kills something and it doesnt have an area affect...

Warlock is extremly fun, even as a sub class, I have never played a wizard, they do not appeal to me, but I can say that warlocks are alot of fun.

Yea, I got confused as well, sosun staff is cool, but not required to do absolute damage, ffs youre a wiz...lol...

dont u get the vampire kiss and bloody w/e thing at 40 or am i mistaken

^ after lvl 40, warlocks become more powerful that way.

Before that you can kill 1 mob with 2 DoT nd 1 Nukelett

i like the wizard skills and at level 60 wizards become cool and stronger with the new skills
you will 1 hit nearly every int based charachter if you got a nice weapon you can own a full strong to so ill chose wizard!

So basically, if you'd like to be more unique, be less dependant on parties, and have a higher probability of surviving, choose warlock?

yea that's about it only noise and march...
cleric more fun u know it is, dont deny it.

thanx for all your input everyone, i've decided on warlock and am cruuently farmin 9800 sp down 381ksp left to farm -.- in the lil time ive played warlock its really fun

death flower and dark blaze are the first aoes and they're lvl 50

It's going to be worth it though, after you farm all your SP.
