I bought 1k of silk and was thinking of going bicheon,pach,fire build.... And also thinking of going pach,cold,fire..... Idk but it looks cool. I feel like giving up force..... Well not really but almost... What should I do? Delevel my force for those two builds or keep force till 100 + cap????

Use curst hearts if thats what you are saying. Dont use silk.

and force becomes really fun to play with (and useful) at 70+ i think so if you've already reached that point and still don't like it, dlvl it. otherwise wait for 70 and see if u like it.

Does dual wep for chinese fail on 100+ cap?? or not.
im thinking of fire,bicheon, and pacheon btw..

Just pick 1 bow build and stick to it ffs, 100 cap isnt here yet so we have no idea how much the archer "owns", just go 100 fire, bow, 70 light 30 ice and leave it be..
