hi, i want to start a new char in a new server....i always like going str builds but i can't figure out which is better in pve and pvp...pure str bow or pure str glaive?

personally i would choose bower ;D

Glavie

pros/ easy build , low sp , great amountof hp , pvp ftw
cons / slower at pve then bower , expensive like hell (cause of mp pots )

Bow

pros / faster lvl up then glaive cause of the range , awesome in pvp at 100cap , cause of the KB , easy for farming
cons / weaker then glaive in pvp , u dont use shield or have hp+ passive skill

my opinion ./ if u are a NEWb , be a glaivier , if u like killing uniques go bower

but bows got crits tho.... and i think that's why they don't have extra hp or shield!

but there is no passive that adds u crit , so it depends for the wpn , and i am talking about the mastery

sword and bladers wear shiedls , and they have passive that adds BR

spear and glaviers dont use shield , ut they have passive that adds hp

BUT bowers dont use shield , and they dont have hp passive , but they have range in they profit

thats all i have to say

they have attack rating hawks and attack rating passive, plus attacks with crit increase on them and the kb

so u guys think pure str bow will be good? besides i think glaive will get ksed from goldbotters...wat do u guys think?

BOW FTW....And those who say that at the 90 cap glavier is better at pvp than archers are noobs...At lvl 90, with kb and stun, and those magic criticals, archers rullz...glaviers almost stand a chance...So my opinion is to choose bow, you won`t regret it...And by the way, glavier is a boring build...I had one, and I got borred, playing an archer is 100 times funnier

Oh yes and Bows pwn glavies if they can stay far enough away from the glavie....yesterday I was on my newb who's lvl 11 *bow* with skills at lvl 7 and I owned this lvl 13+ glavie char without him even doing hardly any damage to my hp...it was fun = p

Yes I know at higher lvls it'll get harder to beat them...but still ; )

i had bow but i switch to hybrid int on another server i really hated the use of arrows with a bow!

Bow lvls faster than glavie, glavie has bigger damage. I presonally would choose bow cuz i had a glavier.

So, you say pure str bow is faster lvling? or do you mean pure int? or hybrid? and what's a good build? link to a good guide? Thanks
