i know when u get hit u will eventually lose it
when u heal mp u dont lose it

if u use attacking skills
will guardtambour go of?

No it will not dissapear then.
It dissapears when ur mana is to low or when u get hit.

Guard, and any other, tambour stays up until:
1. you get hit often enough for it to go down, or
2. you run out of mana, or
3. you try to cast it again while it's up, or
4. you switch weapons.

Using your bard nukes will not cause your tambour to go down.

they go down because bards are supposed to be protected from any damage,
or the whole group loses the buff.
