Well, a few of my friends dragged me into this game from Guild Wars a few days ago. I started a character on the intent of becoming a nuker. However, after reading the forums, it seems that fire does more brute damage than lightning and does not create such large mobs. I currently am lvl 10 with lvl 10 in lightning and nothing in the other forces. I have lvl 1 in thundertiger force and have yet to use any stat points. My questions are:

1)Is it too late to switch to a fire nuker?
2)If not, what skills should I get and how much should I lvl up each skill?
3)Should I do 90% Int and 10% Str (like most games), or go full 100% Int?

I tried reading some of the guides posted here, but I did not fully understand them. They show what attacks to get, but not how much to lvl up each one. Any help you guys could give me would help me greatly. Thanks

1: not too late, level fire, most nukers are duel nukers anyway
2:what you get is up too you, use the search engine
3:the balances don't work that way in sro. but stat wise, you might wana try doing pure int before trying out a hybrid.

if you don't know when to level them, just level them when you feel it's right.
I usually level my skills when i feel that i need a bit more damage for the mob i'm fighting
