How should I stat my blader and why?

AFAIK you should decide whether to go for PvE or PvP. Of course you have to do some PvE with a PvP build for lvling, but if you're rather into killing monsters than ppl then go for #1.

#1: PvE Build: 90Bicheon / 90Fire
The other two skills shall look something like that:
60Light - 60Ice
68Ice - 52Light

#2: PvP Build aka. Force Blader: IMHO this one's the best blader for PvP.
90Bicheon / 90Fire / 90Force / 30Light or 30Ice
Note: for speed and some parry take light, for more defence and some freezing skills take ice.
