Im sorry if theres to many topics on this, i've used the search function but none of those topics really go into good detail on the benefits. First of of all i want to say that the build im hybriding for is 90Bich90Fire90Ice30Light.

Now from what i understand the best version of the hybrid is 5:1 no what i want to know is how does this build fare against a pure str blader. It would probably have lower health but you'd be able to have a higher lvl snow shield and more damage as well as higher crits. But is th damage increase significant enough to make a hybrid worth or or rather is the damage increase worth losing more str and health.

You will be able to use snow better than a Pure Strength Blader. Your damage will be higher (obviously). You more than likely, especially with status', be able to kill the pure STR Blader.

oh and with the new Shield physical defense sacrifice skill, Hybrid Blader are still good! I'd recommend a Hybrid Blader over a pure STR Blader any day.

By the way, funnest thing is after the PvP they ask "build?", nothing funner than telling someone you've got an unusual build, because they abruptly feel shattered.

you'll have lower crits, higher dmg overall. tank vs tank pvps are usually endless, don't hope to kill another good blader. Or a warrior if they're smart. Hybrid will give good warriors a better chance to kill you.
