wizard question! root/mesh root skill.
What does the skill Root and Mesh Root do? It says bind, but I don't really know the effect of it. Can anyone please explain? Thanks in advance.

Binding makes a target unable to move. The target is still able to attack, but it cannot move for a certain period of time.
