hi im been away from sro for a while & i was told pure int spear sucks at 90... how true is it?
on the other hand int sword/shield hv turn out to be stronger compare back at 80 cap...

any comments?

Well yeah, some say they are weak ... Most of them are hybrids now.. Extra hp... Good dmg... They are rocking right now.. But also, there are some strong pure int`s with spear.. But if your going to be one, you`ve got to make sure you have an excelent set (At least +5 with good blues)

Im a warrior and I think they suck. Keep in mind htey hit me for 15k damage but I just KB spam till I can land Dull, then 2 chains later they die. With snow on.

Would you like PVPing a bower which runs a bit, do 5 combo, and keeps using the 5 combo all the time...
I think spamming KB is pretty annoying and not a skill-full way to win...

If your gonna go full int go with the S/S. The extra def is necessary

any full farmed int spear around? need ya comment.

Hm... Not really... Depends on their way of pvping, their build and equipment. Like I saw, hybrids CAN own warriors... Even with skins on... Saw a pvp on Zeus, int spear (Not sure if his hybrid or pure) with a +7 spear, +5 garm set, owned a warrior with +7 2handed sword, +4 +5 robe set... And he could`ve owned ZELAL (Check rev6, full sun euro warior) if not his personal healer/buffer ... And drinking vigors like water...

Why should they? So nukers will own them easily?
They can be strong oponents even in garms, if their cold is maxed..

i just cast snake storm and they are fuckd' byebye spear nuker in 15 seconds, other then that i see WAY TO MANY OF THESE SHIT NOOBZ these days, they kinda ruined the whole build cause i know a good spear nuker is pretty strong though

I have a pure int spear (in garms) and i rock the socks of most chars when in snow, once my snow ends in a pvp which it doesnt very often but when it does i go s/s and use my ice imbue if the person isnt immune and this works for 1 min till snow is back

My garms are +5 and everything 100% blue.

Spear +5 max blue good stats.

Shield +7 br 18 max blue.

Sword +5 max blue decent stats.

The only build i have problems with is warriors if their sub is cleric, any euro that doesnt have cleric sub sucks vs me becuase i have ice imbue vs euros!

Also bladers can be a problem if they use kd over and over.

im hybrid spear and i love my build..i can tank and also do decent dmg.. i think pure int spear is ok ...but i think if your going spear and you wanna hit really hard but still have decent hp...go for pure int till 80 then go str from 80-90...that might be decent build

i think MMODoug is int spear and he not weak at all :p

Fire int spear pwns, BUT, it requires warrior fence, and cleric buffs to compensate for lack of defence.

full int spear does have it disadvantages, but comparing it to chinese damage dishing? it's hell on earth. I want a spear nuker myself ^_^, i'd make it go hybrid though

I have a pure int spear nuker and I must say it deals a hell of a lot of damage. Sure, I need to rely on snow shield to PvP but every character has its skills it rely's on the most. Hybrid is probably the way to go but I don't regret pure int at all. It's really fun. I'm 83, farmed to 81 and I don't have a tough time pvp'ing other chars my level at all.

Quite a list you have there. On topic: I don't find Int spear a bad build as long as you know how to use them properly. BertLeGrand is a hybrid Int spear and deals decent damage, and he tanks quite crazy in job wars with close to 14K or 15K HP according to RagnarX. The only thing is I have no idea what build he has.

Int spear/Hybrid spear DON'T suck. All I've got to say.
I'm hybrid up till 42, than pure int after, so far (lvl 55) working out nicely for me

im lvl 30 pure int so if i want to be hybrid should i go str til 40 then go back to int

im lvl 14 int spear and im owning !!!!
