if ur force u should go with force up to 90

ya force won't be worth it if you half ass it
you won't get your good vital points, and the ones you do have won't be very strong for your lvl higher up, maxed or not all

the thing is. you have force mastery as your same lvl or you dont have it. coz the de-buff wont work as maxed de=buffs
