Ok, Im difficulty understanding the whole imbue debate
I hear people say "light imbue is way better than fire imbue"
but doesnt fire do more damage?
btw im s/s full intell nuker

to be a succesfull int, you need nukes/wep skills/ and protection, now the best way to do this is
90 light/bicheon/ice, that if you wanna enjoy 90 cap, if you want to prepare for 100 cap and so on, then go
90 light/fire/ice
now light has a skill that increase your magical damage with 17% so you will make pretty good damage, FIRE is still the #1 Imbue of all damages, but the reason ints dont take fire is because they cant have fire/light/ice and wep skills.

so to answer your question

light imbue+17% damage increase
OR
fire imbue the strongest imbue in the game

This might sound a bit weird, but i'm going from 1 to 30 with fire imbue then light/ice imbue for til 90
