hi...i want know that wat is better, pure str bow or hybrid 70:70 bow...
and which is best for pvp and pve?

For pvp the str bow is probably best...for pve the 70:70 bow is best

but i want a build for both pve and pvp, so should i go with pure str?

ya go pure str but 70:70 can be good in 1 on 1 pvp if they have the right gear ( 80:80 ) but str can group pvp better and with the new ctf coming up i think any build that can group pvp should be considered
