Blaze and Toxin - Do i need them ?

Title says it all. I started a warlock , and i dont know if i really need these two DoTs because their effects can be easily pilled. Should i rather use decay and curse breath, and dont even bother leveling up the other ones ? Same for the AoE versions, is it worth it to level blaze and toxin, or simply ignore them and get decay and curse breath ?

You need all for PvE but not all i guess for PvP

IMO, level them up until you get curse breath and the other DoT's.
