Don't know if I should add this skill.
If it worth it? Where can it be used for? And most important: is it important for PVP/jobbing?

1. Its worth getting the move if you're pure or hybrid strength. The move is suicide for a pure int or hybrid int.
2. It can be used against all Int based builds. With debuffs and this you'll be hitting like a glaiver.
3. It's like a reversed snow shield. People are constantly using Snow Shield. This move can be used against strengths but it isn't recommended. If you do use it against strengths the battle becomes "Kill or be Killed." Just never use it against 2h swordsmen. The rest is up to your discretion.

im a hybrid Int and I use it when fighting other Full int or hyrbid spear or s/s, it isn't suicide to use

Suicide against Strength. Does it really make a noticeable difference in damage?

it only reduces the phy defense on the shield and since most hybrids are invincible until snow ends the drop is barely noticable, but I would like to know if it really helps that much with dmg and what kind of hybrid are you?

I laugh at pure ints who use it, especially the ones who maxed it. The damage on them does increase, while they dont get any atk increase lol

They get a small phys attack boost. If they hit 5k with a kd before then they will hit like 5.2k with the same move on the same mob/player. Not worth it imo =\
