can a lvl 52 wiz plvl good at ongs?

Yes it can, and it still is at a level to get drops. So its a good time to plvl, although not as efficient obviously as a higher lvl.

Yes it can. although im not entirely sure, but I would imagine it could die occasionly.
It gets about 1K hp with a 15 second poition delay. if it takes 100 damage per second you will die. 3 or 4 party mobs and 1 or 2 PGs. this happens. And at 60 you get sexy new nukes.

no you wont die my friend lvl 48 Wiz plvled me to lvl 33 on my old server I have only seen him die once at ongs EVER and that was because he was caught off gaurd (im guessing he was out of pots) your lvl is perfect for ongs =D
