PVP Blader Question

Should I do this build for a lvl 80 pure str blader for pvp NOT for tanking?

First off all force is a mastery you need to leave at 0 or get to cap.
You choose lightning only for movement, just leave it at 0 and buy yourself some moving potions.
You just need fire-bicheon-force since you are making a pvp only build the only thing you will hate is killing moving players even with 100% potions
