I'd say use a bow, with a 0 gap. Do all the quests that give you over 100k exp. Just pick what ever mob you need for that quest and grind there then move to the next one. I would also suggest getting a silk pet and a wolf to help.

Yup. Euros get more xp and sp per kill.
While my friend got around 2.5k xp i gained 3.1k around that and we were both on 0 gap.

The reason being for this is that euros rely on others to help them kill pt mobs. So depending if you decide to solo or party up with some lowbie noobs, I would usually say chinese bow levels faster from 1-40 because you really don't start getting good parties as a euro until kokorus. And a pure strength because until you hit 30, you will be slow at leveling without nukes.

Fastest Chinese char 1-30: Full int bow
Fastest Chinese char after 30: full int spear nuker. (Or full int SS if can't handle mobbing).

Fastest Euro chars
pt: all the same.
Solo: Xbow or wiz with bard subs. Depends if you can handle giants easily or not.

fastest lvling char is a wiz.. jst grind on mobs a few lvls highr then u but keep to the norm mobs/champs

warlocks can solo pt mobs of their lvl easilyyy
debuff, stun, hp leech, and nukes

wizard.

wizard/bard or rogue/bard
almost same speed but wizard lvls a bit faster if u are skilled enough to keep urself from dying to much and losing the exp u gained
