Str bow with ice and heuksal

Currently I'm working on a full str bow. I'm not going to lvl it above 60 (it's too hard and I'm lazy). I gonna add all bow skills, fire and light for sure but how much ice and heuksal (passive only) would help me in pvp and jobbing? Is this worth it? Soon I get my laptop so I can powerfarm this with my another char (lvl 33 nuker) so farming isn't such a big problem (I think).

If you're really only going to 60 you can easily get 5 masteries 100% farmed. Problem is, there isn't that much to do at level 60.

um, bigger problem is trying to job/pvp at 60 with people 20-30 lvls higher out there waiting for you

the game pretty starts at 64+
