at penon...
stop lvl ur mastry trees till lvl 35 at lvl 44 u will have 9Gaps also u will get the max rate is SP from Penon (lv54).
or u can start again and farming at ongs...
that is just an overview and its up to u....xD

that's just for plvling, he wanna know where a lvl 21 can farm.
well farm at green or orange mobs, green drops more gold and easier to kill ofc

for 2h warrior, he shouldn't have a problem killing gray mobs especially if he in party. go kill crabs or something, isn't that what euros do around that lvl?
