The Force vs. 'Classic' Blader Thread!

Hi!
I really don't know which way to go with my lil blader, so I ask you about it. I mainly concentrate on PvE so I'm unsure if Force is good for it. I don't do too much group PvP yet, 'cause I'm lowbie and my union isn't that active. If you're about to help me please fill these questions in:

Which build is the best for...
1; ...soloing?
2; ...party-ing?
3; ...doing solo PvP?
4; ...doing group PvP?
5; ...jobbing?
6; How much would it cost to de-LVL a whole mastery 25-->0 with 3-4 skills?

or whenver you get above 7% mag attack bue less than 12%
dont know the exact mastery for that lightning is but whatever is left put it into ice and become the ultimate tank.
in 1v1 pvp it is extremely hard to kill. In party pvp the ice passive gives so much added defense it fully supports whatever cleric buffs you get on top of that.

Which build is the best for...
1; ...soloing? 90 fire 90 light
2; ...party-ing? 90 fire 90 light
3; ...doing solo PvP? 90 fire 45ish light 75ish cold ( round up or down for passive and stack the rest into light) , whatever i described above
4; ...doing group PvP? 90 fire 90 light
5; ...jobbing? 90 fire high ice low light.
6; How much would it cost to de-LVL a whole mastery 25-->0 with 3-4 skills?
