How much HP should a S/S Nuker have at lvl 90? Whats the maximum HP possible?

that seems kind of low....how much HP should my pure INT nuker have with lvl 30 passive Hueksal HP and full +5 STR and 500 hp on gear

near perfect 13,000 depending on what premium you have and if you have HP on your avatar.

That gives no more max hp. Just absorbs damage into MP.
So in essence you have 26k hp for 2 minutes.
