also,what do you think to go both xbow and dagger,xbow for grind,dagger for pvp?
is dagger better in pvp?
or is xbow's range better?

against bladers u barely have a chance, so:

knockdown with crossbow -> changing to daggers -> dagger desperate -> Mortal Wounds -> Prick/Screw

Xbow is nice for grind and daggers are better on pvp... Ofc, you can use xbow for pvp too.

I think the other player wont be Knocked down when you are using desperate =P..
better go stealth with desperate, go his back, 1 prick, 1 mortal and death.. he wont be able to attack you . (Im lv 68 rogue dagger and i do that to a blader of my lvl and no one survive!)

sure i can knockdown him with my crossbow and while he is on the ground i change to daggers use Desperate and use mortalwounds on him while he is on ground and then in the end screw or prick. depends how much hp he has and how many criticals u made.

yeah i have that skill too, but i think its cowardish in a normal pvp.
jobbing and guildwar, fortress etc okay. but not pvp

In pvp is not coward, maybe is incorrect, but not coward. Thats the main reason i dont pvp as much as i job, rogues are meant to use stealth, specially using dagger skills.

daggars are more effective in pvp. But if your jobbing, use both because its a lot easier to just sit and shoot npc thieves or npc hunters instead of chasing after all of them

As nukers can use snow, i cna use stealth ¬¬.. in my case im nto cleric so i dont have a recovery division or bless to protect me, so if i dont use desperate i got raped easy by a full str...

Stealth is like your advantage when you loose your 75% of defense.. Anyway we shouldnt be talking about this.. the guy jsut asked about which is better and i stay in my opinion BOTH are good.

Well, he does make a good point about being a coward, even though coward might not be the word that really captures his meanings. What's the whole point of Pvp I guess it's to find out who's stronger and to have some fun. It's a bit lame to use stealth in pvp, even though it's one the skills of a rogue. Offcourse outside pvp there ain't a damn thing that makes a rogue a coward when using stealth, that's just part of the game.

By the way, this comes from another rogue.

its not being a coward to use stealth,
its a tactical choice why play by other people rules if it means you will lose not much insentive there is there?
if you dont like it why dont you make a tactical choice and invest in some stealth detect skills or buy those pots that detect stealth
or would it hert you to actuly use your brain in a fight instead of brute force?

its like saying nukers are cowards for using nukes it just make sense.

finally some1 with the same oppinion, grr hate wizards that go stealth kill me run back into safe zone, repeat. was funny though one wizard hit only 10k with his fire nuke (me got 12k hp) so i use anti devil and he died. ^^

Fixed. That combo works every time.

Daggers aren't that good in pvp.. they are only good if they can kill fast..
Sometimes xbow can save your live, the kb and kd skills are awesome


Also, in pvp, keep your cleric rod and shield out, then you keep healing yourself for a while, and when you think it's time to get your xbow out, you just bind him>run away>xtreme xbow>couple of skills > dead ;D

Stealth isnt cowardly, using bless spell, DD, stealth prick, scud back to safe zone and saying "zuhahahahaha men, I 60lwl you lwl70" on the other hand..
