alright i know for sure that i'm going to make a character with force
what should i make it?
so far, i think bowers are the best builds to have force
i want a pure str..
so should i go blader/force
or glaive/force?

Thats probably the best Offensive Bow Build. Only thing is you should change it to light. That little snowshield aint worth it imo. Id rather have the parry and speed.

Well, here is my damage on a lvl 85 mob when I debuffed it, no zerk.

About my char
- Str Hybrid (Don't ask balances, I won't tell)
- 85+5 Bow
- 472 Hit Ratio with hawk
I hope that helps you a little

Do the force skills work like an imbue or do they act like a nuke and have a range? Does bless or Fire Shield Series make the force skills useless?

i think it is like a nuke with range...

So I see the hybrid above use light imbue and is a strength hybrid? Interesting.

It is like that cold skill that gives people frostbite, basically an instant nuke that does no damage and gives a status. The only skill that prevents it from going on is holy word with has 9 level reduces.

You mean holy spell

That is the highest level of immunity buff that cleric has.
Which is really annoying to warlocks and force build characters.

Oops I did mean holy word you were right. How do you use it with the bow? Use a strong bow first then debuff when mob gets close or give up some range and debuff first?

I don't usually use them with mobs unless it is a party monster. I can 1 crit them or Devil Arrow/Strong Bow + Combo/Anti Devil them.
If it is a party monster, it depends if they are close or not. If it are close i go ahead and debuff. If it is far away then I use a pacheon skill to lure it to me then debuff when it gets close.
This is the order I put on debuffs for mobs:
- Division
- Weaken
- Decay
This is how I use debuffs in cape pvp
- Switch to shield
- Impotent
- Snow Shield (if Impotent doesn't resist)
- Division
- Phantom away
- Weaken
- Decay
The reason I only use snow shield if Impotent doesn't resist is because it is cape pvp, you can get right back up and go at it again if you die, or wait until you can try to give Impotent again. It is less of a wait to hold off on using it than to use it and die.
I only use the Parry Ratio reduce when I am trying to see my max damage. So far I have gotten 98k without zerk. ^_^

IMO I guess you'll hit harder than him w/ crit. But w/ just normal skill damage.. I don't think so.

killandchill has the same build i had at 80 cap.
i hit harder than any full str and my crit was the same.
not as good defense though, but there was impotent for that.
the problem with the build is its good for 1v1 cape pvp, anything else and everyone has a cleric with holy spell.

to be honest, if your bent on going with force you should go blader, why might you ask? because force debbufs have pills that can remove them. unlike pacheon or heuskal, bicheon also offers moves that can debuff your opponent, thus a force bower or glaiver will have thier statuses removed quickly (thereby a waste of your mastery) while a force blader will be able to keep the statuses coming so qickly that the opponent is debuffed more quickly than they can remove them.
however not all players use pills but in the event that you do pvp somone with satus pills you will be at a great disadvantage.
but dont listen to me. do whatever tastes right.

the only problem with going blader is that it can cost like 100k + more sp than say a glavier would have otherwise i would have even made my char a blader (i know dumb reason i regret it)

If anyone wants to pvp me and has holy spell on I just keep calling them a pussy til they take it off, lol.
