help with the whole academy system

I have my own academy and i was wondering;
How do i gain honour points?
What does a cumulated buff do when an apprentice sends you one?
What does a guardian assistant do in the academy?
Do i gain anything from the academy apart from honour points?

1. When your noob in academy , get to lv.40 and graduates , you gain the same number of honor points as the number of levels he gained while he was in your academy.
Note:He needs to be below lv.30 to enter your academy , if you want to get honors points.
2. It gives you 10% more exp/sp
3. Not sure about that; Sorry.
4. 10% Bigger exp/sp only.

Hints
1-Don't make an academy unless you are willing to do a lot of plvling
2-get used to "plvl plz " or "plvl now" cuz you will hear it a lot
3-Don't join any one under level 30 (you don't
gain any honor points from 30+)
4-Guardian assistants are useless & will share with you your honor points although they will do nothing (don't join any of them)
5-Make sure the player you're joining is ACTIVE

Depending on the levels when he joins
i guess 30+ when you join him at level 1
& he must vote very good too
