Is it really so that a 2H/Cleric is better then a STR Glaive?

Also how about a Hybrid Glaive?

ya, but a warrior/cleric is much better.

Sudden Twist (Dual axes) because u can stun -> then sprint assault + daredevil

If stun fails on sudden twist Shield Crush + healin cycle + sprint assault + dare devil

all cahrs are really similar just depnds on ur playing style
lets say a retard is playing on 2h/cleric and a smart intelligent is palying glavie
glavie will pwn in that case

No its not true.
I've seen 2h warriors own glaivers and I've seen glaiver own 2h warriors.
For a glaiver its a matter of surviving bless spell first and then iron skin next. After that its not much.
But if the 2h gets crits a decent amount the glaiver loses.

It seems like ye ol' glaive is fighting a uphill battle?

I (at lvl 87) potwarred a lvl 90 FF +7 glaiver with a +5 prot set for 4 minutes.
Self healing ftw, cycle + holy recovery.
I won btw, crit for 18K + 9K + 13K crit on rising ^.^

LOL, 2H/cleric can take down a glavier without much problems, its just matter of time, when the warrior deals a critical after fighting for a while its usually over. DareDevil + Crit = bye

2hand will most likely not kill u with +5 protector set+snow shield (switch b/w shield/glavie when warrior use maddening/dare devil,kd)tested on a sun 2hand +5 with 84+5 85+5 leg/chest 82+5 earring 84+5 necklace rest final tier+5 full blues. 2x crit would most likely kill u for sure.

Yeah that does make sense Garms = MAG D/PROT = MAG & PHY DEF

If the glavier wears garment he will lose. Put on some armor against str euros
