Level 60 meteor skill for wizard!

How long is the cooldown time for that level 60 nuke? I heard somewhere that it was 1 minute
, but some of my friends tell me its 10 seconds. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

10 seconds, but its also linked with the Firebolts cooldown of 3 seconds. Cast meteor, wait 10 seconds before you can cast either.

firebolt is still usefull for soloing
