I'd Say They aRe Balanced, TheY Both Have Their ProS and ConS.
JusT Play What Fits Your Playing Style, What do YOu WanT , Watch Some PvP Videos and Then DeciDe.
I PersoNalY perFer Str. Bow , Because of His Arrow CombOs
(at 100th Cap , you'll have 5th and 6th arrow combos ,which you'll be able
to spam for unlimited time , giving yourself time to pot up & stuff.
The only problem for Str Bow are arrows ...
Just play what fits your style...
