I don't quite understand why nukers need to max this. I just put a point into it and used it and u cant even attack or anything you just sit there and get hit.

uhh no you can move, in isro anyway. If you are playing in a private server you might be right.

yea the old castle shield and fanning spear are a joke.
the new ones are life savers and one of the best defensive skills in the game.

With the old one you just stand there with your shield out or stand there waving your spear. Pointless, tbh.

actually I think there was a bug where you could attack with it but you would look really funny, go try it
