Delevel Rogue for Warrior?

Hi everybody, I'm starting to become very bored of my 79 Rogue, I'm sick of not being able to tank a hit and even my damage is not as impressive as I would like it to be. If I switched over to warrior I have counted up about 2470 curst hearts. I already figured out the math with how many res. potions as well as if I will even have space in my inventory for pots after getting them all. I would like to do it all at one time, but I can get rid of my duplicate and mask skills and all the dagger skills first. So basically I'm asking if it is really worth it to go through all this work for warrior. I think Warrior is really kickass and it would help out my guild to have a high level tank.

(Gold is not an issue..maybe someone would help me out with an amount though. EDIT - I'd only be getting 2 hander skills and skins and stuff until I got more sp.)

thats a lota work, if u do can do it that wiill be good, i was thinking the same thing, but i decided to much work! , so il stay rogue and stay kicking ass from bhind

yes de level it warriors are ya more important and yuol get in to alot more pts so ya do it warrior go 1 hand axe 1 hand for pts and axe for when u wanna pvp for fun but u need a bard,celric sub or for somethin else try warlock sub

haha no way in hell I'm gettin axe skills. 1Hander for tank, 2hand for damage. I also have my bard mastery sitting at 50, I'll leave it there for awhile unless for some reason I have alot of extra sp.

You can only have 300 cursed hearts (or 30 pots) at once in your inventory.

2470 hearts is 247 skill

247/5=49.4 stacks of 5 item mall pots.
49.4 times 28 = 1383.2 silk.

So unless you want to spend 140 bucks on item mall pots (you can stack them so they will fit into your inventory) I would do it like 50/50. Do the highest lvl's with silk pots so you have minimum sp loss. And the rest with hearts. (Doing it all at once would be better tho.)

well yeah 2h warriors rock . but why dont u delvl ur bard (be a rogue/warrior)? as bard is not much help when u are pvping O.o. and u can use xbow to grind > 1h for parties > 2h to pvp

Axe is the Best but because so many people discourage its use a lot of players avoid it causing people to think axes suck because there aren't many of them. Axes are far better than people portray them to be.

Hmm..I would love to be able to do that, but I know I wouldn't be getting enough sp from bard to level up warrior. The only skills I have in bard is noise and march.

Depends.. do you have enough SP ?
Personally, I.. well, made a whole new character after I got my rogue / cleric to 80.
Farmed a warrior / cleric at ongs for a long time, now I have both woot.

But, if you're truly tired of being a rogue.. I would suggest you wait until 90 to switch to warrior. I've seen you grinding solo at snipers a lot, and xbow is a lot better for solo grinding.
Keep the skills at 80, and just up the mastery til 89 and when you're 90 delevel it all.

I think, its easier and faster to do just new char and powerfarm it with ur rogue. Collecting those 2.5k curst hearts will take + 2months where u can fully farm ur new warrior, with cleric sub + get some levels to it.. And if u could buy some silk it would be lots of faster..

With warrior, u should take both or even all, 1h 2h and axes, but axes/2h is so pwnge. With DD status effects + 2h KD +KB u would be like fu*king airplane going trought everything no doubt about it..

I would delevel bard and take warrior. All you have as bard atm is noise and speed, a 1H warrior with shield doesn't need noise protection and with xbow you don't need speed. Since you have only two bard skills it will be easier to delevel, take less cursed hearts and cost less than to delevel your lvl 79 xbow.

You need SP and cursed hearts and gold, so a "goldbot style" farm is perhaps a nice idea. Killing lots of white or green mobs (easy with your xbow) and you collect the hearts, the SP and the gold necessary for your switching.

I would suggest 1H to start with. It's handy to switch from xbow to 1H when a giant or party mob pops up and take the other warrior builds later on during the farm.

The big advantage of the 1H/xbow is that 1H is nice for partying and xbow is nice for soloing.

dont forget about the +9 critical passive, and the damage return passive... insane
2H is one of the best builds in game, its not just better than dual axes (which are not bad though)
ANYWAY.. why do u want to dlvl ur roughe anyway? the only reason i'd do this is if i got bored, but plz dont tell me rogues are weak.
probbably ur saying this cuz a warrior kicked ur as* in a CTF or somthing.. i think u farmed ony 1 weapon ? or u dont combine both xbow and daggers in pvp? or u cant tank cuz u didnt take a cleric/warlock sub ?
my oppinion.. dlvl ur pathetic bard sub for cleric/warlock/warrior sub and u'll notice the difference

You have bard sub, and that's not really good for a warrior. Warriors should sub either cleric or warlock. That's one thing that, IMO, stands against your deleveling right now.

Now for Strategies, you have a total of 4 stun moves:
50%

2 Moves (with short cooldowns), making a total of 7 hits get 50% damage increase when stunned. Add Bleed and the High Stun probability ~90% Damage increase. Add in the AR boost, you'll be hitting at the high end of your damage more often than not. Then you have Higher defense than 2h. You have two fillers, and of course you have down Cross which does good damage when the person is under bleed. Bleed makes all the difference in the world, put them under bleed and stun then you have a build that can do damage comparable to 2h.


IMO it works like this:
1h=Best Tank.
2h=Best One Hit damage.
DA=Best Overall after considering the other benefits.

Okay all that is great but I'm wondering if I should switch to warrior mastery or continue with rogue. Is all the work with curst hearts worth the benefits of warrior?

Xbow skills and passives are at 79 full farmed except fast shot and rapid shot. (useless) then my I left my dagger skills at mid 40's. I have poision weapons, duplicate, stealth, destealth, and mask all maxed.

Make the change. 2h is the only Euro Warrior that can kill players @the same level in one skill. High Defense + High Attack, you won't die often but you will be killing often.
