Is this good or bad lvl 90 heuksal 90 cold 90 light or do i need fire please advise me

I'd skip fire....granted the nukes are nice and so is the imbue BUT with Ice you get snow shield which every nuker needs to have in order to survive.

I agree with Tasdik... fire isnt needed for a nuker really, and ive heard the lightning nukes outdamage the fire nukes at higher lvls. Id go 90 Heuk, 90 Light, 90 Ice.
