well i am making my final desction now and comeing to the point ware i would have to choose between light or cold as my lvl 30 sub mastery

tell me what u would choose after u vote in poll and if u have experiances to backup the reason for ur choosen tree in the poll ty

well my friend is doing same as ur build and he is gonna use the ice
cuz its much better for grinding and u will not run alot
cuz bow is standing in 1 point and not move that much

Yo u should go 30 ice. For the snow shield.
30 light only gives you little speed and since you wear protector your moving at 40%. If you switch to garments I'd say choose light.
Snow shield will come in handy a lot more than 30% speed. Your probably not going to go anywhere with that.

But if you dont like it you can always drop it and switch. Farming something to lvl 30 is hardly an effort.

Another alternative to this build is
90 Bow/Light/Force w/ 30 Fire
If you're Pure STR, cold isn't necessary.

snowshield> 38% speed

30 light..

38% of speed is not that good, you better get some Snow Shield and then buy speed drugs or buy speed scrolls (from players) or talk to a bard or get many vehicles xD

many ways to move fast (if you reeeeally want to), only 1 Snow shield which may save your life

got my light down to 36 so far and cold 30 so still time to deside, dam the curst heart quest goes slow at this lvl

im starting to miss my phantom walk now i must say and apart from grinding the speed of light is useless when doing CTF or job war, but i dont want to have to buy scrolls or drugs while grinding also,

ppl are saying bows stand in 1 spot, well thats not true we have to run to the next mob like everyone else and since the ints are 1 hitting everything in site its pritty hard to get a kill to urself

i still cant really deside on this one.

I had kinda the same question a while ago the responces I got seemd to say show shild will kill your mp not letting you attack. So Id say go with light.

yes but remember at highier lvl u can add 600mp to 3 parts of ur gear and also the passive to force tree is mp about 2-3k so snowshield would be easy to keep going

Not exactly.
You can get a cleric or warrior that can give buffs that beat the snow shield without an mp cost.

Btw most people go 30 light when they have 90 force. Just for the basic movement for grinding and the drugs for when they wanna go jobbing. Pvp doesn't really need speed if you have force.

Go cold, snowshield is way more usefull then a lil' bit of speed and an itsybitsy mag atk increase.

Its the no.1 Bow build on Aege. Why?
Because you get 25k crits from Strongbow. Hitting that hard with debuffs equals almost 1 hitting any pure str character.

30 light or you will end up like all thos slow european chars who didn't choosed to be bard...boring
