Poison circle just helps with curses, Holy Word does it all.

Poison Circle is more of a self buff, the ONLY reason you should use it is if you don't have a cleric sub or a cleric in a party.

I seriously wonder why Joymax gave Rogue's such a skill

Yup ... I hate , when I used to play Cleric , when Rogue buffed with Poison Circle , and I couldnt buff him with Holy Word till he removed it =/

that whole row of skills is largely useless except for the poison imbue with tbh isn't all that great either

I find Poison Field and trap useful in parties, with the imbue and poison power-up, the poison skills can tick for alot

Poison trap is useful in parties, just cast it in the correct place and you´ll save time luring mobs.

Who plays a rogue in a party...

A rogue/bard maybe? If the poison circle doesn't disappear on weapon switch, then it might be useful.

who wants a bard that breaks buffs in middle of grinding lol

anyways rogues in pts are normal now except on venus where they dont care about rogues lol

Nope it isn't, though it comes in handy when killing uniques/pt giants

I don't hunt uniques. And as far as attracting mobs yes it lures a ton of mobs but if your in a hard working 8 man party the mobs will either all head straight to you head stright for the wizards/clerics. If the skill contained come form of aggro holding poison it'd be a bit more useful. Also casting poison on mobs with wizards in the party isn't very helpful...140 Dot for 3k per AoE skill....the winner is clear. And as far as casting directly on the PTG, poison doesn't stack so if your using the imbue and he's already poisoned then no point in casting any other poison skill, besides if your fighting a PTG your probably using DD or XE and the last thing you want is to aggro mobs to you...

Im very dissapointed with that skill tree, it makes the rogue feel redundant and useless and this is coming from someone who one plays this game to rogue and thief.
