if he's outdamaging everyone else then no. so as shaitan hits him he'll have like 1k hp left

Yeah, it can, i saw a lvl90 wizard killed shaitan two days ago. (im not sure

Rofl ... ofcourse he can ... I've seen lv.79 Wizard killing Saitan and Lv.64 Wizard killing LY ... Its possible.
