90 Pacheon
90 Fire
60 Force
60 Lighning

if you going 60 force for the debuffs go bow 90 light 90 force 90
just having force at 60 will make most ppl resist.
so got bow 90 fire 90 light 90 ice 30 for 23% snow.

does a pure str. char need snow shield at all??
but it needs fire for d physical damage increase and magic damage absorb skills

well fire is best for str light is just for speed and phantom..
