because the extra 5 parry ratio and like 15% moving increase arent worth the extra 100k+ sp u need to farm

im sry but i rly dont see why any chinese char would need force. besides the debuffs its a waste of 200k sp. theres already clerics so people dont need force

30 cold ( u r pure str u won't need a small increase in the physical defence)

True, force kinda sucks for FW/Jobwar. But... in pvp it kicks ass. Decay+Division owns
Only downside is when people use pills, but not many people do because they are rather expensive.
With a lil' bit of luck u can even use it in jobwar, not every jobpt has a cleric in it in my experience.
