Hi, Im a lvl 30 Nuker (s/s)
My build is gonna be ice90,bicheon90,lighr90,fire30
So I was Pvping with a Int hybrid spear and i was.. pretty owned
He was wearing Garment and i was wearing protector (Both NPC gear)

My qyestion is What should i wear??

Lol how can you be 90 Ice 90 Bicheon and 90 Light if you're only lvl 30 =P Anyway, I would go Protector. Snow Shield gives you enough defence so you don't need armor, protector is best imo. You can go garm if you want but protector is better at lower levels.

bicheon skills. also, u can wear either protector or garment.at lower lvls there isnt much diff ^^. imo u should stick with protector since u are pure int

bicheon, and use the shield technique that lowers the phy defence of your shield and gives you extra attack power increase, KD them until they hit the ground, use your two stab techniques, first the double stab then the jump and stab, then hit with Lightning chain, rinse repeat until you land division on them, then hit them with quick attacks, if you have the evil cut blade series use two of your strongest skills from that series then follow with KD and stabs

should be a walk in the park

I know your lv30, and you won't have a bunch of these skills, but this is how a lv90 s/s nuker should go about pvping a int nuker garm user. So just practice it with your lower lvl skills, it will work out

wear protector

prot now, garm later. with 53% snow at cap you need garms to minimize MP usage.

Ok i go wear Protector..

i have a lv7x pure int spear and i use prot, but it's all +5 with good blues.
but i think if you have a good shield you should ok with garment.
