Just a side note: you will *never* really get a 70:70 balance (naked). It's always 69:70, or 70:69...

It's not such a great deal, considering, at high levels you won't be leveling like once every 2 or 3 hours, right?

maybe you can use this post i made bout fine tuning hybrid ratios

it does no not refer to balances, but im guessing if you try and achive a 1:1 ratio you will have a 69:70 or 70:69 balance depending if you go for that extra point on STR or INT

No he wont. 70:70 is much more str then 1:1 ratio.

70:70 ratio is more int than str. Just get naked each level up then see the ratio. It wont take looooonnnngggg..... =)
