ok, what are the best skill for 90 cap glavier? Does soul spear soul still good?

windless spear, SSE, and GSM

i would say soul spear soul is still good cuz of it stun if you know your enemy has a good chance of killing you use it instead of windless if you know he can't kill you use windless

Does anyone know why they dont use Windless in kSRO, but instead Flying Dragon?

I know that the 4th book of FD is 2 hit, but i dont think it has any status infliction like Windless.
They also have the same dmg, but FD has 180% compared to 4th book of Heuksal Spear Series which only has 141%.

We can see that FD has higher % than Windless already at 90-cap.
FD Bless: 773 ~ 993(230%) w/o status
Windless: 773 ~ 993 (150%) w/ Dull lvl 9

Why use not use FD instead of Windless, like the koreans do?

Cuz Dull can save your life most poeple don't see it as a threath so they don't pill it of but they hit slower meaning gives you more time to pot

FD (only if Dull already inflicted. If not; use Windless) -> SSE -> GS -> :repeat:

FD= slow, u are just giving ur opponent a chance to use one or 2 pots.
is good for job wars though, chasing someone, one hitting most wizards with life turn over on.

they use 2 fd's cuz it takes as long as a windless and does more damage with crit.
also if your opponent doesnt have pills for dull = not real pvp cuz theyre obviously not ready or its probably cape fights.

they do soul spear emperor, 2 fd's, and ghost spear waiting for crits.

That and the 100 cap FD book is two hits and the second strongest glaiver move at that cap.

but isn't the windless hits 2 times and 150%is for one hit and if we combine them it is 300%?

The actual Windless (%) is 2*150 = 300%

As it is with Soul Spear Soul & Soul Spear Emperor: 2 * 175 = 350%

So my calculations were wrong.
Thats why FD 4th is so strong at 100!

Optional, but useful in PvE.
