Build desition @ 90

well since i am not a rich player ingame i cant really compete with all the players when capped, all i will be able to manage is +4 gear mabe +5 , same with accessorys and a +5 weapon, so i was thinking if i get rid of my 30 cold and drop lightning to 30 and get 90 force for the chinise debuffs would this be worth the delvl of lightning and speed sacrifice.

i want to be able to atleast have a chance to kill players this cap but i feel having lucky crits just wont cut it this cap compared to the last one, so i would like anyone who has done this at 90 cap to tell me ur opinion and if it was worth the change of build ty

it will be on a pure str bow

so droping light from 85 to 30 and droping ice from 30-0 and adding force to 90 on a pure str bow..... is it worth it? any advice pls

i said i would never skill realocate again it costs sooo much money.... i really dont want to do it (because of the money) but if its the only way to make it a level playing field against +7 and other builds what else can i do
