im wiz bard// speed noise only
i am collecting hearts
30 pots and 300 hearts
60 skills so i can lower bard at any time
... i wanna be wiz cleric with speed..
but 250k each pot >.>
I WANT SPEED!!!!
but i want cleric..

Well I am sorry to say this isnt a china build, as euro we dont get access to all 300 masteries at lvl 1, we earn two per lvl. With that being said since wizard is your main and you wont be buffing, I suppose since recovery division is based on a base healing plus your weapon magic attack, and staffs have alot of magic attack, your healing will get better even if you leave recovery division at 40, and that would leave 50 masterys for your speed issue. so then you could be 90 wiz, 40 cleric, and 50 bard. Note that lvl 40 cleric isnt gonna res many people and lvl 50 bard gives only 60% moving speed.

planning on maxing 2 masteries

Be bard, and start getting other bard skills as well. Either solo on normal mobs, or join a party for a change. Being full bard will give you the opportunity to play either wizard or bard within the party depending on the needs. Very handy IMHO. Check out the bard guide on this site.

but being wiz/cleric can cleric and wiz in party too

True, but clerics are not in short supply. Also, wizard/bard is easier to solo than wizard/cleric IMHO.
