Sp farming.

Hi, I'm a lvl 35 rouge/bard, and my skills are at lvl 32. I'm going to delvl bard and get cleric instead and I need about 600k sp. I need to farm about 400k sp to 0 gap to lvl 90. My question is: where and when should I farm sp?

I would like to farm all my needed sp now so that I can 0 gap to lvl 90, so I don't want to wait until I reach lvl 64.

Aren't ongs at to low lvl for me since I only have a 3 gap and I'm going to lvl up to get 9 gap?
