Giving Buffs to others

Its my opinion.
I soo chars asking for buff str & int & phys & mag buff specially in private (:(), and makes in the party-chat a big spam specially are chinese .
It needs more buff than europes chars?.
Chinese dont have a big potion delay and can play alone but can´t give buffs so.. why ask for buff so much than Europes couse the buffs are build'em for europe chars.

Sro even though its more party play then ever before is still selfsih. China thinks what can euro do to make me stronger. in a china party I am usually being cleric and buffing and just standing there, then me being warlock and debuffing and doting everything but I save on pot gold so meh lol. there is no "me" in silkroad just "i", most people still hold that true.
