help with gap

ok i use http://www.nivlam.com alot
but i dunno how to use the gap thing..
can anyone help me? : S

The row on the left are the lvl you can get ingame.
The row on the top of the table are the gap you have (0-9 only)

If you search for lvl 40 on gap 4. You go to the row from lvl 40 and then the number which corresponds with the gap 4 line. Then you see a number and that number tells you how much sp you get on lvl 40 if you have a 4 gap during who lvl 40.
