Cant remember how to change your char. hit ratio what changes it thanks and I did use the search function

wep attack rating does

raising attack rating on your weapon will raise you hit ratiot. BUT the actual dmg output from your weapon has a range on it. it has an upper and a lower, think of it as a slider bar, your hit ratio makes it move closer to the upper damage, and the other person/mobs parry ratio makes me move closer to the lower damage number. hit ratio is not a damage adder, it just makes you hit towards your max damage more often.
