Defense and damage output have NOTHING to do with eachother. I don't know where you heard that from.
Get a last tier set, it would boost your defense up.

Nope, only the int increases will add damage from your gear. Everything else just helps you live longer =P

Dont forget about the Magical Reinforce values, they make a huge difference as well.

Only if the item have int, you will get more magical damage.
Nothing more to explain

phys def is for defence, mag reinforce will help boost your attack. read beanstalks post...

Magical reinforcement in armor equipment is related ONLY to magical defense. Nothing to do with your magical damage.
Nothing except for blues can increase your DAMAGE in your armor/acc equipment.

I think wearing robe instead of heavy armor will boost magic balance, so increasing magic damage. And then adding +ints blues to your armor will further increase your magic damage.

That is wrong. Unless you have int blues on your equipment, your balance wont change. If you want a proof, just take off your clothes (if they dont have blues) and see yourself if anything changes on your damage/balance stats.

Good question, I'm not sure about the answer. I think that those are somewhat related to your damage, as if you take your weapon off, your defense stats dont change.
