Hiya,

I just made a new character on a new server and decided to make a force blader. Can anyone tell me what skilz i should use in force? any help with blader either! Thanks.

90 bicheon/fire/force and 30 lit or ice.

From force get everything except selfheal. From bicheon get everything excep the 2nd and 4th book from the mountain shield series (3rd skill) and the sword/snake dance series are only lvl 1 needed IMO, it's for luring. I think you know what to get from fire.

WHAT???? combos are waste of sp yes, but they look sexy, a blader should defentily get them

who said he isn't going to add combo's ?

It's all in there; if you haven't read that guide already, I'd highly recommend it

You don't need to get either of the first 2 trees in Force

There's also a (small) link to an outdated guide on how to be a force blader in the sense of being a party healer/rezzer

I started a conventional fire/light/ice blader after reading that guide, and I love it.
The tanking ability is insane - party giant, and 3 or 4 other assorted types of mujigis in mid-40s is just nuts, but damn good fun

I did have ice for the imbue and the passive, but realised that the latter was the only thing I was using, and ice was only at lvl 30, and my friend who I often play with can unfortunately die often as a wiz, so decided to change ice to force

Maybe there'd be a substantial difference at cap - but I don't know how far I can realistically lvl, nor whether I'll pvp much - but for now I dont need ice

Tbf, currently I almost only use Rebirth Art, but that's especially useful if the person dying is your only party cleric
Force passive is very handy for the extra mana
And I find Natural therapy good to chuck up either if I'm tanking a LOT of mobs (which I'm prone to do ), or if the party INT's are taking a beating or likely to take aggro

As a tank, you can stop mid-battle and rezz someone while still absorbing the hits, or even use heal if you see someone struggling.

I don't expect to replace a cleric in any shape or form, but Force is far more useful to me than ice, for now

books are the name for the skills itself as if the 1st book of fire is the imbue & the 2nd book is the 2nd imbue.
and in this case , it's the 2nd book of the 3rd row, which is the shield skill with 20% br increase. or something like that.

You should get all books of the shield technique series, castle shield and ironwall shield are for tanking str's, and mountain shield and giant shield are for tanking nukers, or alot of players. Think about it, the first level of giant shield increases your br by 34! Your shield will naturally have a br of 10, and at that level, it's most likely to be 16 or higher, so that's 50 br right there, and add the passive, which is an extra 8 br, you have a 58 br shield! That's blocking more than 1 in 2 shots! Definately worth getting.

Also, petal dance imo is worth leveling, in group fights, throw that in every once in a while and you help out yourself as well as those around you.
