I've got a level 17 bow with
10 Pacheon
12 Lightning
and 10 Fire

I was wondering if I should get cold or not?

when you have enough sp for your main trees then up ice. You can also up it later to 20 just for mana shield.
Or get powerlevel, then it shouldn't be a problem.
