lvl 90 bow char....

ok i got my nuker at 64 and i want to use it to farm a bow.. i been looking about and people say 70:70 are best builds... what the hell does 70:70 mean? can someone tell me the best build in the format below
Pacheon: 90
Fire: 90
Ice: 30
Light: 90
That is a guess i dont know what it should be...

Pure STR pacheon/fire/force 90, cold 30 ftw.

pure str does low damage (they crit high, yeah, but otherwise dmg is just low)
70:70 means 70% mag balance and 70% phy balance naked (usually it's 69:70 or 70:69)
90 pacheon
90ligh
90ice
30fire (not really needed)

And thats why u get force > damage owns with decay (and @90 division aswell).
Decay + Devision = win. Im pretty sure when ur opponent or mob has decay and/or devision on his ass, the damage outdoes a 70/70's damage.

I only have a lvl 50 archer but I do know some things about builds.
My archer has a 85:60 balance and I have to say I really enjoy it.
I crit like a full str and hit like a 70/70.
try to find a balance between full str and 70:70 to get the best bow build you can have.
The way I did it was till lvl 20 keep str and int the same after lvl 20 put everything at str and keep checking your naked balance.
